PROGRAM AT-A-GLANCE
The focus of the groups are dependent on the needs of the company and their employees. The focus can be a specific health or wellness focus (for example: smoking cessation, diabetes prevention) or a more general wellness focus (for example: stress management, work/life balance, healthy eating, overall wellness).
Groups last from 6 weeks to 1 year. Employees meet every week or every other week, depending on employees’ availability.
Most groups last 30 minutes to accommodate busy schedules but can last up to 60 minutes if necessary.
Groups are limited to 10-15 participants in order to create a supportive, confidential and collaborate environment. Concurrent sessions may be scheduled to accommodate larger groups.

Dr. Michelle Lesperance – National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach – has worked with hundreds of clients to help them live healthier and happier lives. She currently coaches individuals and conducts group coaching sessions at area businesses. She also provides interactive wellness workshops/seminars on site for companies.
