Online Group Coaching classes are groups in which the facilitator helps young women support each other in a collaborative, respectful environment. These programs were designed after extensive research regarding the needs of today’s young women and the challenges of growing up in today’s society.
These 8 week programs help young women learn how to find balance, feel empowered, increase feelings of self- respect, resiliency and confidence. Women will learn how to communicate more effectively, navigate difficult situations and take responsibility for their choices. They will discover their strengths, create a vision for the future and most of all learn what it takes for them to be truly happy.
These programs are designed to encourage personal development in young women while providing an outlet for their stresses and anxieties. They can help them develop important life skills and learn how to manage some of the challenges that come along the way.
